19-20 September

The second PCM4EU project meeting took place in Oslo on September 19-20 and gathered around 70 participants. The official program included updates from all the work package leaders, information about deliverables and reporting as well as presentations from Portugal and Estonia about the process of establishing DRUP-like trials in additional countries. It was also announced, that the next meeting will take place in Porto, Portugal in connection with the PCM4EU Academy in March or April 2024. The exact date will be announced soon.

The PCM4EU project meeting was closely connected to two other events: The ACTA Oncologica Nordic Precision Cancer Medicine Symposium (NPCM) and the PRIME-ROSE kick-off. The last session of the NPCM conference, "The growing ecosystem of DRUP-like clinical trials and European-wide initiatives PCM4EU & PRIME-ROSE" included talks by many PCM4EU partners as well as a panel debate and was open to both the PCM4EU and PRIME-ROSE communities. Since the PCM4EU and PRIME-ROSE projects are closely connected, all PCM4EU participants were also invited to the internal part of the PRIME-ROSE kick-off that was held at the Institute for Cancer Research, Oslo University Hospital on September 20.
